, you can upsert-and-overwrite with the following syntax:
INSERT INTO tablename (a, b, c) values (1, 2, 10)
ON CONFLICT (a) DO UPDATE SET a = EXCLUDED.a, b = EXCLUDED.b, c = EXCLUDED.c;
